Pracatum Fashion: Resulting from partnerships with many institutions and with leadership from Associação Pracatum de Ação Social (Pratacum Social Action Association). The project consists of 5 month training courses in the areas of sewing and fashion.

Pracatum English: Aims to awaken in the child interest and learning of the English language through a partnership with Associação Cultural Brasil Estados Unidos – ACBEU (Cultural Association Brazil-United States) and Orizonia. Their physical space includes appropriate English class-rooms, convening area and a library open to all children from the community.

Escola Infantil Virgen de la Almudena (Virgen de la Almudena Pre-school): Holds and maintains the values of the community while utilizing art and music in its pedagogy  as  guiding principles. The school serves 230 children between ages 2-5 and includes 6 classrooms, a computer lab, toy library, green area, lunch room and reading room amongst other components.

Menino é Bom: Seeks to rectify the role of Blacks within society by promoting social and psychosomatic understanding of differences. The project serves 160 children from 7-12 years of age and utilizes workshops in capoeira, dance and afro-brazilian literature to develop critical readers. Partnership with UNESCO / Criança Esperança.

Community Development Plan: This project’s objective is to implement within Candeal a socio-economic development plan through the specificities and aspirations of the community, promoting better quality of life and professional qualification for residents.
